The Delta was a hatchback replacement for the Beta, winning the 1979 Car of the Year award. It rose to prominence with a series of ultra-high performance options created for rallying - starting with the Delta S4 which in turn led to the less dramatic but more exploitable HF4WD, Integrale 8v, 16v and Evoluzione models. Produced from 1979 until 1994.
